Exhibit Hall Information

Make the most of your participation at the convention. Company branding and product promostion are the reasons you exhibit. Expand beyond the exhibit hall with sponsorship opportunities you will not want to miss.

All meals are covered by the $135 registration fee.

Exhibitor set-up and move-out hours

Set-up

Sunday, August 5 from 8:00 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Tear-down

Tuesday, August 7 from 8:30 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Wednesday, August 8 from 8:00 a.m. – 2 p.m.

 

Exhibit rules and regulations

As part of the Exhibit Application exhibitors agree to abide by the rules as set for the Convention. It is also the responsibility of the exhibitor to make sure that any person or organization that is assisting with the set-up and/or tear-down of the booth to abide by these same rules and regulations. Exhibitor Services

The Expo Group has been designated as the General Service Contractor servicing the set-up of the Exhibit Hall and the Convention. The Exhibitor Service Manual will be available online Spring 2012.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors will be able to register booth personnel online beginning Spring 2012.

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel Rooms have been reserved at special rates for the Convention. Hotel reservations are now open.
